About Manicures & Monuments
A new play by local playwright Vicki Caroline Cheatwood, Manicures & Monuments is the hilarious and heartwarming tale of the residents of an Oklahoma nursing home and the young manicurist-in-training, Janann, who comes to volunteer. Janaan soon clashes with one of the elderly residents, former Army nurse Bailey. Tempers flare as the two women collide in their struggle to understand each other, but eventually they discover the true meaning of what it means to care for someone.
