Seeking Front of House Associates

WaterTower Theatre (WTT) is now hiring Front of House Associates for its current 2020-2021 season. The Front of House Associate will assist WTT staff with upcoming performances and events by hosting patrons, as well as selling tickets utilizing a computerized box office accounting system. WaterTower Theatre is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Specific job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with special events as needed.
  • Answering requests for general information from the public.
  • Processing ticket requests for WTT shows.
  • Processing subscriber exchanges for WTT shows.
  • Staffing will call window.
  • Staffing concessions/bar.
  • Answering incoming phone calls/emails.
  • All other duties as assigned.

The successful applicant may be required to have certifications for CPR and TABC Seller-Server.

Performance work hours are Wednesday through Sunday. Daytime shift opportunities are also available.

This position requires excellent customer service, organization, phone, computer, and money-handling skills. The successful candidate will need to pass a standard background check.
